If you use fingerprint or facial recognition features, biometric templates are stored locally on your lock device only. We do not transmit or store biometric data on our servers. You can delete all biometric data from your device through the LockNest app at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including AES-256 encryption for data in transit and at rest, secure HTTPS connections, two-factor authentication options, and regular third-party security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Access logs are retained for 90 days by default (adjustable in app settings). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@locknest.com.
