At LockNest, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Our goal is simple: your peace of mind is as important to us as your security.
You may return any LockNest product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Affix the label to the package, drop it off at any UPS location, and you're done.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees product availability.
If your product arrives defective or damaged:
Products that fail due to manufacturing defects within the 2-year warranty period are handled separately from standard returns. See our warranty documentation or contact support@locknest.com to initiate a warranty claim. Warranty replacements are shipped at no cost to you.
The following items cannot be returned:
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds for international orders will be issued in USD. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are not reimbursable.
